Equipment principle
This machine is a double end precision grinding processing equipment. The special planetary wheel fixture for the ground product is placed on the lower plate, and the workpiece is rotated by the central gear to rotate the planetary wheel, causing the workpiece to rotate or revolve. The upper grinding disc is pressed by a cylinder, and the upper and lower grinding discs rotate relative or in the same direction. The workpiece and grinding disc move relative to each other and rub evenly to achieve the purpose of grinding the thickness of the product.
The parallelism/flatness can reach 1um, and the equipment comes with an online thickness control function with an accuracy of ± 0.001mm. The surface roughness can be selected according to the product requirements, and the optimal roughness can reach 0.2um
